Compared to the IVSB:
First Canon model to have a synchro X rapid. In fact, there are two positions “X” on this model. A new position X “rapid” with 1/45 S, located on the serrated roller fast speeds on the HOOD, between the speed of accession at the slow speeds 1/30-1 and 1/60 S. second position X is located on the serrated roller slow speeds, between the 1/15 S and the 1/30 S is, in fact, a slow speed, related with a synchro M (or F).
