Chronology of cameras Canon
Traduction de Manuel M
The Canonflex was replaced in 1960 by the R2000. The prism was still removable, but the shutter reaches the 1/2000 s. Canon, in order to propose a cheaper alternative, launched simultaneously the Canonflex RP. On this model the shutter remains modest to 1/1000 s and the prism is now definitively fixed. The external cell hanged in fronting is optional.
The lenses are of the same series “R” as on R2000 and first Canonflex.
One of the characteristics of these Canonflex is to have an cocking lever on the sole.
This model exists also delivered in black.
