Ce modèle est la version nord-américaine du Prima AF-9s.
Il n'est pas référencé sur le site de Canon avec ce nom, mais comme "Sure Shot Owl PF". Il n'a pas d'existence sur le marché japonais.
C'est un Big Finder, même si son nom ne le dit pas*. La visée est donc facilitée (mais moins précise). Les éléments de son objectif sont en verrre.
* Il était sans doute troublant d'indiquer à la fois sur l'appareil : AF (pour Autofocus) BF (pour Big Finder). Le PF américain reste un mystère.
